This is me in the club 'Moonlighting', on the search for
the geezer. The two other boys in the photo are examples
I use below to explain Geezer fashion.
An essential part of becoming a geezer is knowing what to wear. Your attire is the first thing anybody would judge you on before having the pleasure of talking to you, and first impressions are what count in the conversing of geezer to geezer. So I took my studies out into central London to find out exactly what you have to wear to become a geezer.

Specimen number
A great pose matched with a great outfit. Mr Turner has perfected the art of geezer dress. A thin gold chain is apparent around the naked neck. Although quite subtle, you can still notice how much character this gold chain adds to the attire. The shirt is a Burberry classic. A plain blue design complemented with a garish Burberry design collar. Probably fake, but still fake doesn't necessarily mean bad. In geezer terms Josh Turner rates a high 8/10

Specimen number 2 - Lazurus Mahmood (aged 20) From Portsmouth, Hampshire
Hairstyle is something usually missed by somebody aspiring to become a geezer. This mod/indie hairstyle complements the 'Harrington' jacket and silver chains. An air of confidence surrounds this geezer as he stares into the distance thinking about 'Champagne Supernova' by Oasis. Lazurus gets a geezer rating of 7/10.

Stephen is what I call a 'typical geezer'. Again, like the other 2 specimens, Stephen is donning the chain, with a more than average amount of chest exposed. The chequered shirt is a product of Topman, which is a fine geezer establishment. The shaved head look also adds to the more aggressive style of geezer. You can tell he is very passionate about his appearance and demeanor.
Stephen rates a cool 7/10.
These 3 case studies were taken from London nightclubs the week commencing 15/12/08. All participants agreed to let me place their photos on my blog and write a small description about why I thought they were 'geez'. Fashion certainly plays a big part in becoming a geezer, and there are no better places to shop than, Burberry, Topman, Stone Island, Hackett, Ralph Lauren and others.
